Wallet basics
- Available: funds ready to use.
- Locked: held on your active bids or Book Now. Unlocks if you’re outbid or the auction closes without you.
- Currency: USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
Two ways to add funds
- Deposit USDT (BEP20): use your deposit address or QR code.
- Redeem Voucher: enter a voucher code to top up instantly.
Deposit with USDT
- Tap Generate Address (first time only) to get your deposit address.
- Copy the address or scan the QR in your wallet/exchange.
- Select USDT · BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) and send.
- Your balance updates shortly after the transfer confirms. If it’s not showing yet, tap Refresh Balance.
- Have a transaction hash? Use Reconcile TX to match it to your wallet.
Top-up with a Voucher
- Open the Redeem Voucher card in Wallet.
- Paste your code or tap Scan QR to capture it.
- Press Redeem. If valid and active, the amount is credited instantly.
- See your last redemptions listed right below the form.
Placing bids & Book Now
- When you bid, that amount moves from Available to Locked.
- If you’re outbid, those funds return to Available.
- Win or use Book Now? The winning amount remains locked for settlement.
Withdraw Cash (Cash Money Service)
- Open Withdraw Cash and enter: Full name (as on ID), Telephone, and the Amount.
- Fee: 1% + $1. Payout = Amount − Fee. A confirmation shows the exact payout before you submit.
- Submitting locks the requested amount in your wallet while we process it.
- Payout method: Cash is sent to a Cash Money service. We’ll message you the exact branch and pickup code.
- Bring your ID: The name must match the one you entered.
- Status & notes: Track in history:
Pending → Paid or Rejected.
Admin notes (if any) appear next to each request.
- If rejected: the locked amount returns to Available.
Tips
- Your deposit address is unique to you. Double-check the first/last 4 characters before sending.
- Always choose the BEP20 network for USDT deposits.
- Voucher codes can be limited-use or time-limited — redeem them promptly.
- For cash withdrawals, ensure your legal name and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
Troubleshooting
- Deposit missing? Tap Refresh Balance or paste your transaction hash in Reconcile TX.
- Wrong network? Transfers sent on other networks may not arrive.
- Voucher error? Check that the code is active, unused by you, and not expired.
- Withdrawal delayed? Check your request’s note in history for next steps, or ensure your ID name matches.
