How to Create an Auction

Status: Your auction is created as Pending .
Editability: While Pending, you can edit all fields and manage photos.
Going Live: When approved, status becomes Open and bidding starts.
Locking: Once bids exist or the end time passes, editing is disabled.

Set your stay window, pricing, photos, and amenities. Submissions start as Pending until approved.

1 Title & Basics

Use a clear title (e.g., Olive Gardens — Chalet #B2 (2 nights)) and set Guests to your max occupancy.
2 Stay Window

Choose Available From (at least +2 days from today) and Available To (at least the next day). The auction’s Ends At must be on/after tomorrow and not after the start of your stay window.
3 Pricing

Set a Starting Rate and a Min Increment. Optionally add a Reserve (hidden minimum). You can enable BOOK NOW with a fixed rate for instant purchase.
4 Platform Fee

Choose either 11% of final price or a $25 flat fee (charged immediately from wallet on create).
5 Photos & Amenities

Upload up to 10 images (JPG/PNG/WebP/HEIC, ≤50MB each). Select all Amenities that apply to help bidders understand your offering.
6 Description

Briefly describe the room/property, inclusions, and any rules or blackout notes. Keep it under 400 characters for readability.
