How To Redeem Reservation Voucher

Enter your voucher to request dates within the allowed stay window. Once submitted, the property will contact you to confirm your booking.

  1. 1 Validate your voucher

    Paste your Voucher Code and press Check. You’ll see the property name, the Stay Window (check-in/out bounds), and the Max Guests.

  2. 2 Pick your dates

    Select Check-in and Check-out that fall inside the stay window. The form enforces the limits to help you avoid mistakes.

  3. 3 Fill your details

    Provide your Full Name, Email, Phone, and choose the Number of Guests (up to your voucher’s maximum). Add any notes or special requests.

  4. 4 Submit the request

    Agree to the property rules and press Submit Reservation Request. You’ll get an email copy and the property will review and reply to confirm.

What to expect

  • Status: Your request starts as Pending.
  • Confirmation: The property will reach out to Confirm or propose alternatives.
  • Voucher state: On submit, the code is marked redeemed to prevent reuse.

Common issues

  • Already redeemed: You’ll see a notice if the code was used before.
  • Out of bounds: Dates must be within the stay window shown after validation.
  • Guest limit: You can’t exceed the voucher’s maximum occupancy.

Tips for a quick confirmation

  • Pick dates with some flexibility in case the property suggests nearby options.
  • Ensure your phone and email are correct so the host can reach you.
  • Use the Notes field for arrivals after hours, accessibility needs, or other requests.
