AUXON.BID Auction Platform — Last updated: October 1, 2025

Applies to Regular Users (Bidders/Buyers) Hosts (Property Owners)

By registering, accessing, or using the AUXON.BID auction website and related services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Key Definitions

  • Regular User: A registered user who bids, buys, or redeems vouchers.
  • Host: A registered user who creates/manages auctions for their own property.
  • Auction: A time-bound listing with bidding and/or Book Now.
  • Voucher: Proof of win/purchase provided to the winner, redeemable with the Host.
  • Platform Operator: AUXON.BID and its affiliates running the Platform UI, payments UI, and messaging.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ and capable of entering binding contracts.
  • Provide accurate information; keep credentials secure; you’re responsible for account activity.
  • We may suspend/close accounts for fraud, abuse, policy or legal violations.

3) Platform Role

  • The Platform facilitates listings, bidding, and messaging. Hosts, not the Platform, supply and fulfill stays/services.
  • We are not a party to the Host–User contract; we provide tools, escrow-style flows, and notifications.

4) Payments & Fees

  • Amounts shown are exclusive/inclusive of taxes as indicated on the listing checkout screen.
  • Platform and processing fees may apply and are disclosed at checkout.
  • Chargebacks may result in suspension and debt collection.

5) Conduct

  • No fraud, bid manipulation, shill bidding, spam, scraping, or abusive behavior.
  • Respect local laws, third-party rights, and Platform technical limits.

6) Intellectual Property

  • Platform UI, marks, and code are owned by the Platform Operator.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display content you upload to operate the Platform.

7) Privacy & Data

  • We process data per our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar tech are used for security and features.
  • Compliance checks (KYC/AML) may be required for withdrawals/payouts.

8) Availability & Changes

  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
  • We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

9) Disputes

  • Contact the other party first via Platform messaging; escalate to Support if unresolved.
  • Provide evidence (messages, photos, timestamps) when opening a dispute.

10) Legal

  • Governing Law & Venue: Laws of Lebanon; exclusive jurisdiction in the Courts of North Lebanon.
  • Disclaimer: Platform provided “as is” without warranties.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the higher of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total Platform fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
  • Indemnity: You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach or your listings/stays.

Section A — Regular Users (Bidders/Buyers)

A1) Bidding & Book Now

  • Placing a bid is a binding offer. Highest eligible bid at close wins.
  • “Book Now” (if enabled) is immediate and ends the auction.
  • Bid increments, reserves, start price, and closing time appear on the listing.

A2) Payment, Voucher, Redemption

  • Winners must pay within the stated payment window; late payment may forfeit the win.
  • After payment, a Voucher is issued to redeem with the Host per listing terms (dates, occupancy, policies).
  • Show government ID and booking/Voucher code at check-in if required by Host.

A3) Cancellations, No-Shows, Refunds

  • Cancellation/refund rules are listing-specific. If none stated: non-refundable after win/purchase, except where law mandates.
  • No-shows are treated as used/forfeited unless the Host agrees otherwise in writing on the Platform.

A4) Property Rules & Damages

  • Follow house rules (check-in/out, smoking, pets, noise). Breaches may incur fees or eviction without refund.
  • You’re responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Hosts may claim costs with evidence.

A5) Reviews

  • Leave fair, accurate reviews; no extortion, hate, or defamation.
  • Hosts may publicly respond; we may remove policy-violating content.

Section B — Hosts (Property Owners)

B1) Host Eligibility & Verification

  • You must own or be authorized to list the property and comply with local laws (permits, licenses, reporting).
  • We may request KYC/AML or ownership proof; failure may suspend payouts/listings.

B2) Listing Standards

  • Provide accurate title, description, amenities, rules, pricing, taxes/fees, and availability.
  • Photos must reflect reality and be yours to use; no misleading or watermarked stock without rights.
  • State all mandatory fees (cleaning, resort, taxes) up front.

B3) Auctions & Pricing

  • Configure start price, increments, reserve, Book Now (optional), and end time accurately.
  • Honor winning bids and Book Now. Do not cancel to avoid honoring outcomes except for force majeure with proof.

B4) Fulfillment & Vouchers

  • After winner payment, honor the Voucher within the promised redemption window and blackout rules disclosed in the listing.
  • Overbooking is prohibited. If unavoidable, provide equal or better alternative or refund per listing policy.

B5) Payouts, Fees, Taxes

  • Platform/processing fees are deducted before payout. You’re responsible for your taxes and reporting.
  • Chargebacks/refunds may be netted from future payouts.

B6) Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Define your cancellation/no-show policy clearly. If omitted, default is non-refundable after win/purchase, except where required by law.
  • Document no-shows and rule breaches in the Platform thread.

B7) Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain safe premises (fire safety, hygiene, legal occupancy). Carry appropriate insurance.
  • No discrimination; comply with accessibility and consumer protection laws.

B8) Reviews & Responses

  • Publicly respond professionally; no retaliation or incentives to alter reviews.
  • We may remove responses that violate policy.

B9) Content License

  • You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and distribute your listing media to operate and promote the Platform.

Prohibited Activities (Non-Exhaustive)

  • Shill bidding, collusion, false claims, counterfeit Vouchers, or bypassing Platform fees.
  • Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, rate-limiting evasion, or security testing without consent.

Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate access for any violation or legal risk. You may close your account unless an active auction, unresolved dispute, or balance exists.

Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
