Book or list hotel rooms via timed auctions (optional Book Now) with USDT (BEP-20) on BSC.

At a glance

Do: Create account → Deposit USDT → Bid/Book Now → Confirm → Check-in.

Availability: From/To dates are booking windows (no times). Separate from auction end time.
What is a Hotel Rooms Auction?

Timed listing. Highest valid bid at end wins unless Book Now is used to end instantly.

Who can participate?
  • Guests: Account + funded USDT (BEP-20) wallet or cash voucher.
  • Owners: Verified hotels/hosts list rooms with photos, rules, dates, optional Book Now.
Wallet & deposits
  1. Open Wallet → copy your BSC USDT address.
  2. Send USDT (BEP-20) to it (contract: 0x55d398326f99059fF775485246999027B3197955).
  3. After confirmations, balance updates for bidding/Book Now.

Use BSC network only (BEP-20).

Bidding, increments, reserve, anti-sniping
  • Minimum increment enforced per auction.
  • Balance must cover your bid.
  • Anti-sniping: late bids may extend the timer briefly.
  • Reserve: if not met, seller may decline to award (card may show “reserve not met”).
Book Now

If enabled, pay the fixed price instantly; auction ends and awards to you.

I won — next steps
  1. Winning amount is held from your wallet.
  2. Submit guest details and target date within availability.
  3. Receive booking confirmation + reservation code.
Voucher & redemption
  • Winner may get a single-use voucher tied to their user ID.
  • Redeem at Reservation Voucher within the availability window.
Fees & taxes

Bidders: no platform fees. Hosts: choose 7% per closed auction or $11 listing fee. Local taxes/security deposits per property rules.

Withdrawals

Wallet → Withdraw → enter BSC address. Amounts on hold (won auctions) are not withdrawable until completion/release.

Cancellations & refunds
  • Follow property cancellation policy shown on auction page.
  • No-shows typically non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if any, return to your on-site wallet.
Troubleshooting
  • Deposit not showing: confirm USDT (BEP-20) on BSC to your address; wait for confirmations.
  • Bid rejected: ensure balance ≥ current + increment; refresh.
  • Timer odd: device clock/browser cache; refresh.
Safety & verification

Owners verified. Funds stay on-platform until award/confirmation. Suspicious activity may be frozen pending review.

Owner: how to list a room
  1. Get Owner verification and complete property profile.
  2. Create auction: title, description, guest rules, Availability From/To, start price, increment, end time, optional Book Now, reserve (optional).
  3. Upload up to 5 photos; publish. Appears in Open Auctions.
Owner: photos & storage
  • Upload limit: 5 images per auction.
  • Stored on server at /uploads/da-auctions/{auction_id}/ (not in DB).
  • Use clear shots: room, bathroom, view, amenities, property exterior.
Owner: editing after publish
  • No bids yet: you can edit all fields.
  • After first bid: you may edit non-price fields (e.g., description, photos) but not start price, increment, or reserve. End time changes may be restricted.
  • Book Now can be toggled only if not used and per policy.
Owner: availability & blackout
  • Set realistic From/To dates (stay window).
  • Mention blackout dates or min-stay rules in description.
  • Winner must schedule within this window.
Owner: fees & payout
  • Choose one: 7% success fee per closed auction or $11 listing fee regardless of outcome.
  • Payouts in USDT after award/confirmation per schedule.
  • Taxes/security deposits: disclose clearly on the auction page.
Owner: vouchers & winners
  • Winner may be issued a unique voucher (per auction/user).
  • Duplicate issuance is blocked; status tracked (issued/redeemed).
  • Guests redeem and submit stay details; you confirm booking.
Owner: prohibited & moderation
  • No misleading photos/prices, off-platform payments, or fake availability.
  • Listings may be paused/removed for policy breaches.
  • Self-bidding or collusion is forbidden.
Top-up with Cash Voucher
  1. Go to Wallet and click Use Cash Voucher.
  2. Enter the voucher code exactly as printed.
  3. On success, balance is credited instantly in USDT (BEP-20).

Voucher is single-use and tied to your user ID. Cannot be transferred.

Where can I get a Cash Voucher?

Cash vouchers are sold by approved partners or directly at supported money transfer service desks. Each cash voucher has a unique code and fixed USDT value.

Cash Voucher not working?
  • Check spelling/case of the code.
  • Ensure the voucher is unused and not expired.
  • If still failing, contact support with voucher code and receipt.
Disputes (winner vs. owner)
Who can open? Auction winner or the owner (creator). Admin decides the outcome.
  • Open a dispute (winner): go to Disputes tab → pick the won auction → add reason (min 15 chars) + evidence links → submit.
  • View your cases: My Disputes shows status, reasons, evidence, and admin notes.
  • Statuses: open, resolved_winner, resolved_creator, dismissed.
  • Notifications: email sent on open and when admin resolves.
  • Time limit: disputes can only be opened for auctions that ended within the last 3 days. After that, the case is considered final and cannot be disputed.
  • Tips: attach clear screenshots/urls; keep all chat on-platform.
