Bid Records
Track every auction you’ve participated in, filter by status or outcome,
and quickly access your voucher when you win.
How this page works
- Search & Filter: Use the top bar to search by title/description, filter by Status (Open/Closed), and Outcome (Leading, Outbid, Won, Lost).
- Date Range: Narrow results by a custom period (based on auction end time or your bid time).
- Sorting: View auctions ending soonest/latest, your newest/oldest bid, or by starting price.
- Pagination: If you have a lot of activity, use the page buttons at the bottom.
Understanding outcomes
- Leading: You currently hold the top bid on an open auction.
- Outbid: Someone has a higher bid on an open auction.
- Won: The auction closed and you were the winner. Your voucher code appears here.
- Lost: The auction closed and someone else won.
What each column shows
- Title: Property / lot name, plus the available stay window if provided.
- Status & Ends: Whether the auction is Open or Closed, and its end time (UTC).
- My Top Bid / Top Bid: Your highest bid vs. the current highest bid.
- Outcome: Your position (Leading/Outbid/Won/Lost) with a color tag.
- Voucher: When you win, a clickable code appears and takes you to the redeem page.
Tips
- Use Ending soonest to focus on auctions that need attention now.
- If you’re Outbid, jump back into the auction from the View link.
- For Won auctions, click your Voucher to redeem and request dates.
